Namecoin: Not so easy+secure ways to access .bit sites.
AddressCoin: Very attractive: users will can vote for new domain extensions and have a huge quantity for choose, and will can download the 1+1Net bundle app in wich will can easily setup blockchains and access sites.

i knew it already have a Namecoin and it's better to build our own addresscoin.

AddressCoin don't "have a Namecoin", because AddressCoin isn't a fork, but is planned to be created from scratch on top of Lisk platform.
Then, see the technical differences: Namecoin is a criptocurrency, and AddressCoin is asset for the Lisk criptocurrency/platform.
